Loan for landlords’ personal needs and emergencies, land rates and rent

Maximum amount is 500,000
Maximum repayment period is 3 months, amount should not exceed 50% of rental income.
Minimum Sacco membership is 3 months and rent remittance.
Interest rate is 16% p.a. reducing balance.
Processing fee is 1%, Insurance 0.7% p.a.
Collateral – Deed of assignment of rental income.
Rent must be channeled through Dimkes.
